This is just sad, their staff can’t read Chinese, yet all my document they stated in the requirement are in Chinese, how is this oversight not anticipated? What about living inside an apartment where the owner’s name is not you? Just little people trying to survive here. These Lazy publisher didn’t even gave me a proper way to counteract the problem. They just ignore my support ticket and ran.
This is ridiculous, owned by a Chinese company yet they’re being racist and prejudice against their language. This is what true trash is made of. At the very least sketchfab tried when they still lived.
