There's any way to detect collision in real world objects using the camera device?

Hi guys,

I’m new using Unreal Engine and I’m trying to develop a game that will be a kind of paintball played with mobiles.

The map should then be the image of the device camera (that i know is possible to do), my doubt is about how to detect objects.

I need to detect that a real person is hitted by a paint ball in example. - Is this possible?
