Seems to be a few things, but install a higher SDK version to support the device and make sure your phone is in developer mode. Installing a higher SDK is done through Android Studio.

Hello, developer mode is enabled on the phone, and I installed SDK 33 through Android Studio, but it tells me that the current one is 31. I don’t know why.

Delete Binaries, Intermediate, Derived data cache folders from your project folder.
And try packaging again
