Summary
As far as I understand, FAB allows corporations to register as legal entities. In fact, the standard identity verification instructions on FAB include a “Business” section, which asks for:
Company name
Company registration number
Company address
My company is based in Japan, where—naturally—all official documents are issued in Japanese. Therefore, it is simply not possible for us to provide proof of company existence using the alphabet. Such documents do not exist.
I contacted FAB Support regarding this issue, and I received a link to Veriff’s list of supported ID documents by country. However, this list only covers individual identification (e.g., driver’s licenses or ID cards), not business entities.
So the question is:
Is there truly no way to register on FAB as a business?
Is it mandatory to submit a personal address even when operating as a corporation?
If that’s the case, I would honestly suggest removing the “Business” section from the platform altogether—just to save future users the confusion.
As a corporation, we obviously cannot choose the “non-trader” option.
So… what exactly are we supposed to do here?
What type of bug are you experiencing?
