There s No ARK Tab

The only way to get the ARK Dev Kit to make mods for ARK is through the EPIC Games Launcher by downloading it through a special ARK tab that apparently no longer exists.

That’s all I see, no ARK tab but there is a tab for something called Paragon which I’ve never heard of.
So how do I get the ARK Dev Kit so I can make mods for ARK?

As far as I know the DevKit is not supported on Mac, and that looks like Mac.
