There is typo in macro ENUM_GL_ENTRYPOINTS_OPTIONAL about glObjectPtrLabelKHR

The typo error also exist in 4.20 tree, please check it at:
https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/blob/staging-4.20/Engine/Source/Runtime/OpenGLDrv/Private/Windows/OpenGLWindows.h

The function prototype of glObjectPtrLabel is different with glObjectLabel
