HI Epic Team, when I install the ue4, it fail to find the ue4prereqsetup.msi? can you check it?

Are you experiencing an issue when you download the Epic Launcher via www.unrealengine.com/download ?

Or is the issue when you are on the Epic Launcher, and installing the Unreal Engine?

In either case, is your issue resolved if you install the prereqs from here? (64-bit) or (32-bit)

HI thanks for your reply. my problem is when I am installing the UE4, the launcher promps me that it need the Ue4prereqsetup.msi, but both it and I don’t know where is this file.
the file linked by you also need the msi

The file I linked is the UE4prereqsetup.msi!

I can’t offer much troubleshooting advice, but you should probably make sure your Windows version is fully updated.
