There is a step missing in the Vive VR Setup

Hi,

I noticed there is a step missing here:
https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Platforms/SteamVR/QuickStart/2/index.html

Whats missing is this:

Without it you dont get the rotational tracking from the Vive.
