Hello all this is my first post on the forums and my first serious game. I’ve been developing this game with my heart and soul for a couple years now . Theopathy is a single player FPS/Slasher set in the State of Michigan in Delta county at the upper peninsula. I used a mix of my own models and some models and textures from the market place. I sculpted and created all weaoons, creatures in this game and made working models for the Unreal Engine. I hand painted the textures for them as well.
Development has been slow lately for a lot has changed in my life as of lately.
I thought I would post this here to keep it alive in some form. I plan on releasing this game on steam sometime in the future however I’m not sure when that will be.

Synopsis
The year is 2027 and the world is recovering from yet another mutated Covid pandemic, when mankind discovers a celestial body has entered the edge of the solar system with a massive gravitational force heading towards Earth. Scientists try to capture video feed from a orbiter in Venusian space named Capernicus. The orbiter captures video footage of the immense planetary destruction of Venus and the wake of destruction following. In the meantime humanity sits awaiting the consequences of this massive local celestial imbalance.
You are Michigan state police officer Wils “unit number 397” transferred from Detroit to the upper peninsula of Michigan in Delta county. You attempt a routine on duty radio check to state dispatch with no response. You discover that delta county dispatch is still operational and advise them to contact state dispatch under suspicion of faulty radio equipment from your side. Coincidentally you over hear a call to public service in reference to a breaking and entry that happens to be located across the street at your neighbors house. You advise county dispatch that you are taking the call.
Upon your arrival you check on scene and advise dispatch to hold the channel due to the horrific site of blood on the vehicle in the drive way… you realize looking at the entryway to the house the blood is all over the doorway and the deck.. you make your way in to the residence gun drawn, expecting the one responsible to still be in the area.
