I love the ArchViz community here on the forums, but I never got around to sharing any of my own projects. On behalf of , I’d like to present our current promotional video. We do beautiful virtual tours and real estate visualizations for PC touchscreens, VR, and mobile. We’ve been working with Unreal for about 15 months with no architectural background.
Very Nice works indeed!
Stunning work, beautifully presented.
Very nice! May I ask what your workflow looks like - aside from Unreal?
Thanks! We build everything from scratch and to spec for the project. All modeling happens in Maya. So we usually start with a floorplan JPEG or PDF to build walls and structure from. And we have photographs or product names to make 3D models from. All models get treated to a custom and perfect lightmap that is snapped to a grid in the UV editor, usually by hand with the help of some custom scripts.
For materials, every object has the same scale of UVs, so all our tiling materials can go on every object.
Lighting is following the typical workflow that you see around these forums lately, with a good skylight base to work from.
And then it’s a lot of testing and bug fixing when you realize that the mobile platforms disrupt your mojo. We’ve had a lot of iOS projects lately.
ArchModels in action, eh?
You mean Evermotion stuff? We got one of their classic volumes, but only used a couple pieces on our first project. Even then, it all undergoes heavy optimization for every platform, which seems to not be a focus around these parts.
Beautiful work, well done!
Very nice, how many members in your team?
We have roughly 7 artists working here.
Hey @StephaBon,
Great work and stunning quality! How much time did you take complete this project - from floor plan to the final form?

Thanks! We’ve had ArchViz projects that ranged from 6 days to 6 months and everywhere in between. We usually tell customers that it will take 3 weeks.
Thanks for the heads up. I’ve added a new link. Our demo reel is always changing and even this one is old now…Keep your eyes peeled because you’ll be seeing more of us soon
