the unjustfullness of epic mods and Devs

im writing this, to express my dissapointment in Epic Moderators and “Developers” im quitting as a creator because ive been let down countless times and have had my MONEY taken from me at the last moment for the last 3 months during payout. This time ive realized that thats what moderators do. they squeez everything out of you and then get rid of you.

let me explain what i mean, for the last 3 months ive been suspended during payday for “KEEP IT AUTHENTIC” Regardless of me designing my thumbnails myself on “PHOTOPEA” I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAY for the last 2-3 months because i am always suspended during pay.

this month however i was unsuspended on 21’st of May. and decided not to post anything until payday. to my suprise, i received a sanction yesterday on my map AGAIN for “Keep it authentic” “promotion image” hahahahaha i will attatch the promo image i made for my zonewars map here so that the Devs can see.

Regardless of my “APPEAL” and explanation to the very minute detail of how i created my promotion image, my appeal was denied.

today i got a notification of money transferred to my account, and minutes latter the transaction cancelled. then they hit me with a SUSPENSION FOR A WHOLE FREAKIN MONTH…

they wont respond to my creator “support” tickets because they don’t support creators at all. instead the moment i launch a ticket they close it.

I GIVE UP BEING A CREATOR. IM DONE SPENDING HOURS MAKING MAPS ONLY FOR THIS BS. IM DONE SPENDING MONEY PROMOTING MY MAS ONLY FOR THIS BS.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW, WILL I GET MY MONEY RE-TRANSFERED OR WILL EPIC KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES???.

OH YEAH AND IT WAS ONLY 116$ For anyone wondering.

Could it be because of the background behind the weapons?

Same thing happened to me and I’m desperately trying to work out what the issue was. This was the only thing I could assume I did wrong

IF THATS IT, THEN THESE MODERATORS ARE UNJUST AND UNDESERVING OF THEI JOBS,

THE “BIG” CREATORS GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING. THEY HAVE THEIR GUNS EXACTLY THE WAY I HAVE MINE YET THEIR MAPS ARE STILL UP.

AND THE WORST THING IS “EPIC SUPPORT” ISNT REALLY “SUPPORTIVE” AT ALL. AS A MATER OF FACT THEYVEBEEN THE MOST USELESS PEOPLE IVE SPOKEN TO.

@cliffplaysbs I think I know what’s wrong!
You used the FNCS trophy in the thumbnail, I can see why Epic would call that misleading… BUT

It is still VERY unfair of Epic though; not only did they give it to us as a prop in the first place, but they didn’t even tell you what you did wrong and suspended you anyway!
This is an ongoing theme from Epic to not explain what the matter is with maps and just say Creators did something wrong. Shame on them.

also you should remove the pics that have your epic account number, could be dangerous if someone got that

firstly i thank you for taking your time to comment on my rant post hahaha,

secondly i am super dissapointed by epic, they never explain anything and if you persist asking for an explaination, they stop responding.

i have removed the fncs thumbnail now however il have to wait till july to upload any map. but i think im done with creating. its a waste of timee unless youre BULLSEYE OR FINEST.

Im not the smartest person bro, which picture has my epic account number? im really dumb im sorry is it the suspension pics??

Yeah that’s an issue with Epic that’s been going on for a while, trust me you’re not the only one annoyed by it.
