The Trials 2 – A New First-Person Puzzle Game

Hello everyone,

My name is Ahmad Sultan, an independent Syrian game developer.

I’m excited to share with you my new game:
The Trials 2
It’s a first-person puzzle game inspired by titles like The Talos Principle and The Witness.

I would greatly appreciate your feedback, suggestions, and any comments to help me improve the game.
Any support from you—even a simple share—means a lot to me as an indie developer.

Thank you!

Hey there @AbyssSYR,

Hope you’re well and having a wonderful week so far

This looks so genuinely fun and absurdly beautiful. As someone who is, admittedly, absolutely awful at any sort of jump mechanic I still would want to try this out. Are there any “Easter eggs” or part of the game that you’re especially excited for players to discover?

Very nice! A cursor or indicator for visual reference when pushing buttons etc. would be good. Didn’t see any, but that’s only my personal opinion.

there is a cursor/indicator in the game, but I removed the UI in the video so it wasn’t visible.

strong talos or witness vibes. if it’s anything close to those it will be amazing. cant wait to give it a try!

Looks very promising. . but I wish you could explain the rules more in the trailer . .graphics is really cool . . .wish you the best :+1:

Great job getting your game together Ahmad!

These types of games can be really tough to prototype and figure out the art for especially when you’re playtesting puzzles and have to change up the environments to fit the puzzles. Can be a lot of iteration! You should be proud of getting your demo out on Steam!

Best of luck with development!

I love it.

Great work!
