The Preview here is cause you didn’t build the light,
It mean “preview shadow”.
Build the light on the map,
Or desactivate Preview Text in the project option.

No,
Moveable lights are ugly and very bad on a performance, and if you have the preview message, they are considered as Moveable light until you build the light.
Just build the light,
Or remove the preview message.
