The system cannot find the file specified (an exe file)

First of all, I am a complete noob, so excuse my naivety

AAfter I’ve messed around in the project properties trying to link a library (my first time doing that) VS started causing some problems:

  1. If i try to run the program, I get the “System cannot find file specified” error.
  2. When I want to build or rebuild the solution, even if the code has errors, it compiles successfullly.
  3. I get the following warning

Also, I’ve moved a .lib file in the File Explorer, but I don’t think that matters.

Lastly, sorry if you can’t understand anything from my question. Feel free to ask for more screenshots.
