Will there be any transparency in the contest? In a sense that everyone will be able to check all submissions?
Fortunate timing seeing this new news for me. Just finishing up some final touches on a 4 team, 20 player based CTF type game 
Do we need to be already accepted in to the creator program to submit our islands?
Yes, you need to be in the creator program to submit your island to the callout.

Was this the end of Callouts forever? I know I was wanting to participate in this but I overlooked the timeframe back then and now I’m wanting to do one again now that I’m more of an advanced Creator.
