The sorting by “relevance” hasn’t changed for years

The question is basically this:
Am I the only one bothered that everything stays in the same place for years? Or is the “relevance” sorting static and chosen by moderators?
Or is it just my account where I’m shown things first that I wouldn’t even take for free?

And when I actually try to find something useful, it takes hours.

P.S. I accidentally removed a bookmarked asset from my favorites — it took me over an hour digging through search results to find it again.
