The Scene Color tint post process is not supported on mobile with 4.3?

The documention is said to have the support for that on mobile,I think it maybe a bug.Thanks!

In the Details of any PostProcessVolume, every option in the “Film” section should work in Mobile assuming you are not using the un-lit mobile path. Unfortunately you actually need to use the little triangle to expand the section to see the “Tint” color. This is very confusing because the “Tint Shadow” options which are visible actual have very high cost on mobile, and the “Tint” is low cost.

This “Tint” color in “Film” section replaces the “Scene Color Tint” color that is in the “Scene Color” section.

I believe the bug here is that the “Scene Color Tint” option still exists.
