The problem with receiving payments

Hello, I’m sorry to write this here, but unfortunately I do not receive a response from egs-payments by email. I need to update my bank details and receive the payment. My old bank details are not up to date, they need to be updated before sending the payment.
I know that you can confirm the update of bank details by email, I have already done this before. Or maybe I can replace my bank details on my own, similar to how it can be done in steamworks?
