The payment system for assets from the marketplace is not working.

I’ve been trying to buy an asset in the marketplace for several days now and this is the worst experience with a payment system I’ve had recently. I keep receiving messages to try again later and it’s been like this for several days. Customer support is not responding. The chatbot says it has fixed everything and asks me to verify my card, which I’ve already done twice. Where should I even turn to next? I need to know the reason in order to fix it from my end or understand that it’s simply broken!
