I always forget to make patch notes for the changelog because they are pretty far down on the page if you have a semi long description, can the fab team move the placement of the patch notes text box above the description so it’s more rememberable when making changes or alternatively put a prompt to add patch notes if they are empty whenever you click submit for approval?
