The number of presets available for heads in metahuman creator are fixed? Can someone create a new head using 2-D photograph of an individual using metahuman creator (as per requiremet of our application)?

Were you able to upload a 2D picture and start or we can only use the current metahumans

No. You have to use the presets or edit them.
