I have a very bad situation now, the previous matrix structure has been shrunk, the calculated model looks bad after taking a picture, and the model texture is deformed.

Hi yeyuchuan 1,
what do you mean by previous matrix structure?
This seems like a result created from featureless objects. You have model with white shirt and black shorts. It is quite hard to find features over those colors as there is no texture.
This could be improved by using some kind of texture projector.
What were your reconstruction settings?
The texture projector does not see a video to teach how to use it
So it seems that you are using pre defined settings. It could be good.
By texture projector I tough something like dataprojector which will project the texture over you from different sites. Then it will be easier to find features over you. Like in this video, you have two datasets. First is for alignment created with some texture over model and second is for texturing.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o09FwOw6d94
Also, on your model there are big misalignments. Are you using various cameras? Or different focal lengths?
Do you have any information about the projector?
Can a projected lattice map be provided to me
thank you
my camera unity is canon eos 600d
Unified 18mm focal length
No, I don’t have info regarding the projector. Regarding the map, you can use various, I am sure you will find something over internet.
I was asking about cameras because they seemed different for me on your image.
Is it possible to send me your images for some test?
hi

Hi, I am not able to download those images. Can you use different service, like WeTransfer?

How to search for map keywords on the Internet
I did not find it
For example: https://www.freepik.com/free-photos-vectors/texture
Thank you for the data.
I tested your data. There could be more possible issues with it.
Some of the images are unfocused:
In this part is not good image overlap (your back):
You are using featureless clothes:
As you can see most of features are found just on the carpet.
I wasn’t using the control point but the resulted model looks slightly better than yours:
Also it could help using more cameras, but I understand that could be hard.
thank you
I’ll deal with the floor problem
HI
I tried to use the projection to hit my back, and the resulting model replaced the texture, and the texture quality was strange and did not match.
I follow this video to do it in action
Hi, can you share your images again?
Have you created XMPs before when you used the mentioned workflow? These aren’t ordinary results, the mesh looks wrong and also textures are moved…
