I have installed the pack to 5.5 but the assets do not show up in the Content browser. The directories show empty. I installed from both fab.com and also using the Fab plugin. The .uasset files are there. I also tried this with multiple projects with the same result. There must be something wrong with the distributed files. I have not tried installing it to a 5.6 project (yet). You listed 5.5 as supported and the installer didn’t give any warnings.

Thanks for purchasing our pack!

We are having a similar issue; our older packs are failing to download as well. We don’t think the issue is on our side, and the issues should be resolved by the Fab team in a few hours.

In the meantime, you can try to delete the Vault Cache to force the launcher to re-download the packages.

Vault Cache can be located via the launcher Downloads/Download Settings and by default it should be C:/ProgramData/Epic/EpicGamesLauncher/VaultCache

I have a question: the “product” cover says FBX, but FBX is not listed as a format (as opposed to a number of other animation packs of yours). Is that an oversight?

Hello, no it’s not! We haven’t seen any relevant sales outside of FAB (Unreal) and Unity Packs in Asset Store.

Also, because we use a customized Control Rig to edit animations, the FBX version is just the animations in Unreal bulk exported :slight_smile:
