I haven’t had the privilege of viewing part 1 just yet, but I find your femme fatale dangerously hilarious and she probably has a very short fuse! 
The opening sequence is so funny! It reminded me of the alarm clock moment in the movie Bad Santa. 
The only thing that I would bring your attention to is the cinematic lens flare in the hallway scene about 30 seconds in. I’m not sure if it’s intentional or if there was a lighting issue there.
Other than that, this is an amazing short! Every shot revealed a lot about the character’s personality. I look forward to the other films!
