The Launcher is unable to download content.

I am using Mac OS X.

and can’t update Epic Games Launcher too.

Hi Donggi,

Try the troubleshooting steps in the ‘Launcher is Unable to Download Content’ section in the link below. If nothing works, please follow the 10 steps at the bottom and post your ‘Verbose Logs’.

Hi Donggi,

I took a look at the logs you provided and they, along with the screenshots, point to you not having write access to the shared folder along with all the folders within the shared folder. Once you grant write access to your computer user account, these problems should fix themselves.
