Maybe this is just something I deal with but the launcher has always had issues for me. It is slow and buggy.
Switching between tabs is so slow. Often times it feels like it’s crashing but no it’s just the normal operation. Not a loading bar or anything just black and hope it gets there in the end.
Then when it comes to buying something in the Store or FAB it can’t handle that most of the time. I get “Something Went Wrong, please try again”. Just now I wanted to by something one the FAB sale and it happened again.
May this is a specific issue with my Rig or something but I’ve had issues like this with the launcher since it was introduced. I have a Ryzen 5600 with 48GB RAM so shouldn’t have problems running a desktop app.
On a blue moon it actually runs fine and I think: “They fixed it”, but then it goes back to being a stuttery mess.
Making software is hard, but this software is the gateway to the entire Epic ecosystem. Please make it better
