As title said, my launcher fails to load for a week now. I can run unreal engine 4.5 without any problem but I need UE launcher as it will update the unreal engine and I’m still subscribing.
Here I attached my DXDiag report and my UE launcher logs.
Kindly reply the solution and please fix this bug.

How are you running it, do you have some custom shortcut? I just ask because at the top of your log the reported commandline has an odd relative path to the exe… (LogInit: Command line:) usually it would be the full normal path. Unsure if that is the true cause but wanted to throw it out there. I’ll investigate your dmp file asap

For launcher, I do not change any path since first fresh install. so, I just use default shortcut. I also already tried run it without shortcut (UnrealEngineLauncher.exe) but still fails to load.
Since launcher fails to load, I run unreal engine 4.5 using UE4Editor.exe in its binaries folder. The editor run with no problem.
Let me know if you need to look more into my log files since I tried to run it multiple times and it keeps fail to load. Right now, I have many generate logs and dmp files.
Forgot to mention that this problem occur after my pc crash while the launcher is still running and since then it fails to load.
(It may be the cause - I do not know)

On further inspection of your log and dmp, it looks like you PC crash managed to corrupt some of the files in the Launcher installation.
I believe the only real fix here is to reinstall. You should be able to do this by simply downloading the latest msi from the dashboard on www.unrealengine.com as it is newer than your current version
