Looks cool. It has kind of an Event Horizon feel.
I would suggest dropping the camera wiggling while walking, though. Its irritating for a lot of people and not really how human perception works. The brain is pretty good at equalizing that kind of stuff. When I move, I see a steady image even though my head moves.
A little bit of wiggling is fine for sprinting but otherwise a steady camera is more realistic and more easy on the eyes.
Nice! i agree with in intense situations the camera movement might be a bit much.
