Understanding the IARC.

I’ve seen a few videos and read through the guidelines.

I’ve also answered every question in the questionnaire with 100% accuracy to what I have in the game that was made, but it keeps coming back as a fail/rejection due to the rating the iarc has given me.

I’ve already got 2 rejections and I’m nervous/scared as to how many I’m able to get before they sanction me. How many rejection can you get before you aren’t able to publish games anymore?

Not entirely sure what I’m doing wrong and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My Apologies for not being a bit more specific, was a bit overwhelmed and filled with anxiety because I’ve been trying to update the game since it has allot of bugs at the moment and I don’t want to lose my monetization or ability to publish content.

the game was originally published as a E10+, but as shown in the video with the same answers its a Teen rating. Im actually more comfortable with the Teen rating over the E10+ rating.

im just not sure why my last 2 attempts at publishing the updates to my island resulted under a rejection to the Teen IARC rating.
