While there are already sections for those who seek jobs an for those who seek employees (Job Offerings and Looking for Work), they get mixed with paid and unpaid opportunities. The unpaid/royalty ones are mostly about looking for a partner that would invest some effort in order to help a project become true. I think there should be a separate section for this kind of posts in “Got Skills? Looking for Talent?” forum section.
There should be a section dedicated to people who are looking for a (business) partner, not en employee or a job. Besides posts of individuals who look for like-minded entrepreneurs to start business with, the section could also contain requests for outsourcing and (financial) investment opportunities.
So finally there would be 3 sub-sections: Job offerings, Looking for Work, “Business Partnering” (?) and perhaps there could be another section for purely hobby projects.
Also I think that posting in the main “Got Skills? Looking for Talent?” section should be denied, because now people LFW and job openings get posted in both the root section and the relevant sections and things get messy (if I am right?).
Suggested structure:
Got Skills? Looking for Talent? - no posting here
- Job offerings - employment/freelance offers, paid or unpaid, no royalties
- Looking For Work? - employment/freelance offers, paid or unpaid, no royalties
- Business Partnering - royalties, (financial) investment opportunities, business partnering (= effort investment opportunities)
- Hobby and Learning Projects - “I want to make a flappy bird to learn UE, wanna join me?”
I would also completely remove the ROYALTY and CONTRACT/ROYALTY tags, they would be useless in the “Business Partnering” sections as the section would be all about any business opportunities.
Just a suggestion.
