Can I get the Model Number and Version of your Android S4? It is under Settings > About Device.
I attempted to deploy the project to the device using the Windows Batch file but it fails each time. Are you doing anything special to deploy it on your side?
I am using the same model device, it’s in developer mode with all drivers installed, and Android SDK is installed.
If we can’t get this method working, could you post a link to download the entire Unreal project and I can package/deploy from scratch?

Sorry it’s been a few days. I still haven’t been able to reproduce your issue and I’m unsure of the cause. Do you have access to another device to test the deployment on?
I could fix it was a sound that is not because it gives that error and I can already play
