Now there is thousands of AI-generated assets on FAB that are intentionally not labelled as AI. Will you guys at Epic finally take action, now that the EU law requires it, and actually check for these assets and lock / delete them if they are not properly labelled … or at the very least make them unable to be sold in the EU ?
And you can’t make the excuse anymore and ask us to “report it when we see it”, that’s just a lazy cope out shifting the burden to the consumers and devs. The new law requires “Companies are expected to implement systems that can identify AI-generated content even after it has been shared or reposted.”
This is your store, and you’re responsible for the content being sold here and the law being followed.
So can we finally see some real action on part of Epic about all the non-labelled AI assets, which are flooding FAB ?
