SOLUTION FOUND!!

THANKS TO SlightPhase9568 OVER ON REDDIT!

here’s the solution if anyone has this problem in future, not sure why, but it works.

"First uninstall every traces of epic games in folders like program files and program(x86) and even register Also if you want to COMPLETLY remove any traces you can use the revo uninstaller software.

Then :Task manager > Execute a new task > msiexec.exe and also check "create a new task with administator privilege > browse > go where your epicgame setup is ( put it in desktop ) and click it one time and click open, if it’s not showing look bottom right of the file explorer and select “every files” or smth like that (my windows is not in english)

I didn’t found the solution by myself, I was in the same situation as you, after one day of searching I found an espagnol guy on tiktok that gave the solution TikTok - Make Your Day"
