Hi, when i try to install it, it downloads a 128 MB update, and then says “Selfactualization failed” (Selbstaktualisierung fehlgeschlagen [GER]), and gives me an error-code
“su-pqr2147746132”
and says i should roam the rich knowledge database, but when i click any link to that, nothing happens.
Via searchengine i cannot find any clue to this error code.
I installed it from:
My Computer:
Win 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1
What am I doing wrong, or which information do you need to help me?
