The Editor Start With "Failed To Load xxx Referenced by yyy" - but yyy doesn't exist

as the image shown - what to do in a situation like this?
it’s not affecting or breaking anything, but I wonder why it’s doing this - Fixup Redirector also didn’t work for this one.
Any idea?
