The direct link seems to be broken

I am using Twinmotion 2023.2 and Sketchup pro 2022 on Mac OS

The direct link seems to be broken, and when I change the model in Sketchup, it is not reflected in Twionmotion.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this error?
