You should show your actual blueprint of the save game then somebody may be able to help you. But just set your default value to whatever you want it to be before you create the save game file and that will become the default. Looks like you need to do some tutorials on how save games work though first.

aslo you could initialize value after creation save object and before saving it to hard drive.
As far as i remember, there are a node called something like “does save game exist”
