Summary
Despite regularly keeping my store updated, I have experienced a sales decline of more than 60% recently. Sales, which were previously happening daily or every two days, have now dropped to once a week or sometimes once every 10 days. Previously, I received a response to my email stating, “We are actively working to improve listing and search functions.” However, several months have passed, and no progress has been made, and the issue persists. This situation is negatively affecting the enthusiasm of many store owners. I am looking for an explanation regarding what might be causing this issue and expect the necessary improvements to be made.

1.) Analyze sales reports from November 2024 to February 2025.
2.) Compare average sales before and after January 2025.
3.) Analyze the decline in the sales chart and the range of days without sales.
Expected Result
1.) Receiving a clear explanation and solution suggestions regarding the significant decline in sales.
2.) Improvements in search and listing algorithms to restore sales to previous levels.
Observed Result
1.) A decline of more than 60% in sales.
2.) Sales that previously occurred daily or every two days have now turned into sales gaps lasting a week or longer.
