The character's hand animation has a bug, but it returns to normal after retargeting. What causes this?

I created a new animation in Maya, and the animation works perfectly. However, I think when I use PhysicsControlWalkAndMove from the Content Example, my right hand bug. But when I retarget the animation, my hand doesn’t bug . It’s the same animation and same character, but after retargeting, I don’t know why the hand doesn’t bug and the animation pose after retargeting has no issues.
