The center point and limit range when using world composition

When I turn on the world composition button and click "summon world composition " the origin of the level in the pop up window is not the center of the square (its a range that if you go out of this the engine will have trouble to calculate your position you need to turn on the “enable world origin rebasing” button so that the world origin can move with you) as you could see,which is different from those what I see in tutorials.Their origin is in the center of the square (like the second photo).Need some help please.
