The button from the widget was not pressed until the actor was removed from the scene.

Hello everyone.
I have a widget with a button that spawns an actor in the level who is responsible for the construction of the building after which it is removed and if you click on the button again, then I will have two actors on the levels. How to prevent buttons from being pressed until the first actor is removed from the scene.
