The pivot is set when the mesh is created. Often, strange looking pivot points make sense if you drag more than one mesh into the level simultaneously. Then they all fit together.
Did you make these meshes?
If you need to fix pivot points, you can use something like:

Even though i tried switching between world and local its still diagonal,
and its for every object i import or same even if i model something in unreal engine itself.
Please help!
