The age of the industry

I want to know how old are the people working in the game industry. I don’t see many older people working at game studios or giving interview about game development.

Let’s say we see people about 40 years at least. I don’t know if it is due the time we have consoles being developed or it is just a coincidence.

Did you have any source material about researchs on this subjects?

I think the older people are actually into the development but prefer their name to roll in the credits instead of on camera’s. Some people believe in worth ethics a lot, I wouldn’t assume that only the youth is concerned about development :wink:
