The Ability to Show/Hide Trackers with Events

This is especially important right now for 1.0 as it has persistence, but applies overall as something that is needed.

The Problem: To be visible on the HUD trackers need to be assigned, and set to visible on HUD. You can have as many trackers as you want but only 3 can be visible at a time on the HUD, and this can also become confusing having too much on your screen, it’s not a great player experience. We can’t actively choose when and what to display to players who are tracking something.

Use Case: Imagine your map has 30 achievements, all using trackers. You have your primary objective, which you want players to always track. You want players to be able to track whatever achievement they want, so they can know their progress, but you can’t because it would have to either be not visible or visible the entire time. In our new Deadpines update we have a Zombie Bounty Board to track specific zombie kills. We an assign these in the background and track them, even with persistence, but players have no way to tell their progress because that would affect the core trackers on our UI. With show/hide from an event we could have these assigned and display them from a button or hud popup so players can choose what they want to keep track of and when.
