If I have a high poly object and I import a low poly object and I want to texture the low poly one.
Is there a possibility to change the distance that is take to account from one surface to another for texturing?

That is not possible, are you experiencing any issue when creating textures on retopologized model with custom UVs ?
It´s not an UV problem, it´s a problem of differences in the mesh generated with RC and my retopoligized LS-poiontcloud.
