Working in UE5.2 on a very standard level filled with static assets. After making final modifications to textures for my materials, I did a simple reimport of those textures as I have a hundred times before.
All the reimported textures appear incredibly blurry. And this is in a scene with very few actors or really anything going on.
Thanks. But it turns out that, in my case, it’s needing to turn Virtual Texture Streaming off for each of the re-imported textures. It turns out that value is not retained when you reimport. Lesson learned.
