TextureQuality command not working?

try use this console commands and don’t see any changes, use ue 4.26.1, this command is broken?
sg.TextureQuality (use 0,1,2,3)
r.Streaming.MipBias (1,5,10…)
r.MaxAnisotropy (0,4,8)

I believe these commands were deprecated in 4.25

Use these commands: scalability 0, scalability 1, etc.

Could you tell more details?
as I understand right, this setting the lod of the models?
