Texture Streaming Issue

I have a question in regards to texture streaming in UE5.1.

The issue I noticed was during the import of Quixel bridge Static meshes and materials.

So, I went into quixel bridge plugin inside UE5.1 and downloaded some static meshes and materials I’m thinking of using in my scene.

The meshes and materials are going straight into the content drawer and not directly into my level, but as I was importing more assets I noticed my texture streaming pool was going over budget.

How does this happen when I haven’t even bought any of the assets into the level/scene yet???

PS I could not find anything related this on the forums or through google search, but if anyone can help by either pointing to a discussion they are aware of or giving me some form of explanation/fix I would gratefully appreciate it.

Restarting seems to fix most texture streaming problems I’m encountering but it is annoying to do so often as is the case with bringing in assets while UE is open.
