Texture pack resources for commercial use (Quixel BUT NOT THEIR ASSETS)

Hi everyone!

I’d like to ask for your help in this one, maybe someone could give me an advice where to go/read.

Basically 2 questions I have:

First; Quiel Mixer: Can I create (like stylized) texture in the program without using their assets and use it in my texture pack to sell in the Market?

Second: Are there any site which is supporting this purpose to use (buy) their images, what I could work further/modify and use it in my texture pack to sell?

So I will not violate any TOS?
