Texture from unreal to maya

So i am making a car scene by rigging and modelling it all in maya and thought i would render it in unreal, but to make the animation or the car move i wouldve needed to either make a blueprint and the whole chaos for the car or import the landscape itself from unreal to maya

i tried doing the bp but since I’m unknown to it i didn’t really get it to move

now i made the scene in maya with the landscape with the car animation (moving long stretches) but it isn’t going properly to unreal

i thought maybe i should just export the unreal materials and render it maya

is this a good idea? and if ya then how do i implement the materials from unreal to maya??
